Shipping

ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $50 receive FREE GROUND SHIPPING. Standard Shipping fee is a flat rate of $6.95 for al other items shipping directly from Counts' Hallmark. Shipping rates for items shipping directly from the manufacturer may vary and are provided at the time the order is placed.

Free Standard Shipping with any online purchase of $50 excluding in store pick up items (merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax, gift wrap charges). Excludes orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping surcharges on over-sized items will still apply. Orders that qualify for Free Standard Shipping will show no shipping fee on invoice when finalizing payment through PayPal. If you select a shipping method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply.

Limited shipping offers are not valid on prior purchases. Shipping offers may be modified or concluded at any time.

Flat rate shipping not eligible when shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. Flat shipping rate is subject to change at any time. If you select a shipping method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply.

Due to the Coronavirus and the steps that need to be taken to ensure the safety of our customers and our employees, orders will typically ship within 3-4 business days, excluding weekends. Due to this, orders typically arrive within 7 - 10 business days. Items shipped to Alaska and Hawaii have longer delivery lead times.‚Äč


Returns
There are no returns/exchanges on Seasonal or Sale merchandise as well as any personal care items including face masks. Personal care items are nonreturnable. Everyday merchandise may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of purchase. 

Eligible returns must be unused and in original packaging and condition. 

To complete your return, the original receipt is required.

The consumer is responsible for shipping costs for any items returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
